Your gift from The Red Stone will make a big impression. You can't deliver it personally so we'll take extra care in getting it there quickly and hassle-free. The Red Stone offers a gift-wrapping service which will be at an extra charge to you of $3.00 + GST per item. If we are unable to wrap an item for any reason we will notify you. Each gift will be presented in one of our signature white boxes or white gift wrap with predominantly red and/or black ribbon for adults and Red,Black & white Lady Bug Ribbon for children and babies. On occasion we may accessorise your gift with other coloured ribbons if we have them available and your gift will be wrapped at our discretion. Your gift purchase will also include a complimentary gift card. At the checkout you will be able to write your message to the recipient which we will include with your gift.

The Red Stone Nationwide Delivery Costs
The Red Stone offers a nationwide delivery service. We will confirm availability and estimated delivery times for each item within the confirmation process. We are currently unable to offer same day or overnight delivery at this stage.Our standard delivery time is within in 3-5 Working days

Delivery charges are as follows :

• Within Auckland Metropolitan area $7.50
• North Island $10.00
• South Island $15.00
• Waiheke Island $20.00

Overseas - Please contact us directly for information on delivery options and charges.

Method of Delivery

Our preferred courier of choice is via Courier Solutions. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. If no one is home at the delivery address and during the ordering period you have not specified any Special Delivery Instructions, the courier will leave a card with details for arranging a suitable delivery time. You can track and trace or enquire about a Proof of Delivery (POD) at any time by calling Courier Solutions on 0800 771 747 or sending an email to : solutions@couriersolutions.co.nz but you must have your tracking number available.

Your Obligations

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

• If an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately.
• Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. We require that, where possible, the recipient signs for the delivery.
• You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
• You agree that when our courier partner is satisfied that the order has been delivered; delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and The Red Stone. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
• You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Cancellations

By Us :

The Red Stone reserves the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights

By You :

Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Once a gift has been dispatched from our premises we are unable to recall it and cancellation is not permissible. However, if your gift has not left our premises we will cancel the order less any costs we have incurred (ie; credit card fees)

Returns & Exchanges

The Red Stone prides themselves on a quality & professional service with quality product. We are confident that you will be delighted with your gift from The Red Stone, however if for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return or exchange your item (exchanges must be for an equal or greater value) Simply return the unwanted gift to : The Red Stone, 21 Attymon Lane, Dannemora, Auckland, New Zealand within 7 days of purchase.

Returns

• Returns received by The Red Stone within 7 calendar days from receipt of delivery are entitled to either a replacement, full refund of the purchase place (excluding all delivery charges) via the method of original payment. When returning goods it is imperative that you :
• Repackage goods adequately to prevent damage in transit
• Retain your proof of delivery until we can confirm receipt of the item
• Email the team at The Red Stone outlining your reasons for return (sales@theredstone.co.nz)

The Red Stone :

• takes no responsibility for any returned item that goes missing or is damaged in transit.
• is not responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items.
• will only accept return items that are unused, unopened and in original condition with packaging and invoice delivery slip.

Returned goods must be unused and in resaleable condition.

Faulty Goods

The main priority at The Red Stone is your satisfaction. Where a product is deemed to be faulty within 30 calendar days from receipt of delivery we will arrange courier collection, a replacement item (subject to availability) and redelivery to you without delay.

Where a product is deemed not to be faulty after 30 calendar days from receipt of delivery it is subject to individual manufacturer warranty. It is the customers’ responsibility to bear any costs involved and adhere to individual manufacturer warranty instructions.

Upon the receipt of the returned goods, any item deemed not to be faulty will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to The Red Stone.

Goods Damaged in Transit

All items that leave The Red Stone premises are quality controlled to ensure that they are in pristine condition. If items are damaged whilst in transit please contact the team at The Red Stone within 24 hours of receipt of delivery via email : sales@theredstone.co.nz
